Boozy Candy Corn Jell-O for Grown-ups

|

Earlier this season, I made some fun Candy Corn Jell-O parfaits for kids but of course, I had to make a version for grown-ups! This Candy Corn Cocktail is inspired by that college classic – the Jell-O shot – re-envisioning it as a layered cocktail with a cute, seasonal twist.

Candy Corn Jell-O Shots Recipe

This recipe takes a couple hours to come together as you need to allow the different layers of Jell-O to set, but the actual prep work is quick. I don’t like the actual flavour of candy corn so I didn’t attempt to recreate that flavour and instead this cocktail has a citrus-vanilla flavour that is just delicious and a total crowd-pleaser.

I served both the non-alcoholic kid’s version and the grown-up cocktail version at the same party, so I was careful to serve them in different containers so there was no chance of mix ups.

Tip: I often order my liquor from Drizly because they have a quick delivery time (sometimes within 40 minutes) and no expensive mark-ups. Purchasing from them supports local retailers, too. You can order the Vodka needed for this recipe from them.
