I love serving hot sandwiches for supper when we’re craving fast food. It totally hits the spot for me and we’re able to stick to our healthy eating goals, while avoiding the crazy prices of the drive-thru. (Seriously, when did buying burgers for a family of 4 start costing $30?!)

Most of these recipes make enough for at least 8-10 servings (more if you’re serving them with a side dish), so you get at least two meals for your efforts.

And while most of these sandwiches are shown on buns or rolls, you can definitely swap in regular sliced bread, taco shells, tortillas – or even lettuce wraps!
