After the viral success of our Instant Pot Taco Pasta, I had to seek out more fun instant pot recipes with those Latin flavors my family loves!

  1. I just started making your great recipe for Carnitas. However, I do not see a measurement for Mexican Oregano? Could you please post the measurement as using Mexican Oregano is new to me. I will put in a tsp. for now and hope that helps. Thank you
