Crockpot Caramel Latte Recipe
Our Crockpot Apple Cider recipe is one of the most popular fall recipes on Sugar, Spice and Glitter – and while I absolutely love it, there are occasions that certainly call for coffee.
This is a wonderful recipe for fall or winter occasions when you know you’re going to be welcoming in a few adults after they’ve been stuck in the cold for a bit, like apple picking or trick or treating with the kids, and not only will they appreciate a warm beverage – they could use a bit of a caffeine pick-me-up.
Our Crockpot Caramel Latte recipe is creamy, sweet and smooth, using just 6 ingredients. You can use espresso powder or brewed coffee for the latter base.
- If using espresso powder, use 4 teaspoons of instant espresso powder plus 3-4 cups of boiling hot water
- If you prefer regular brewed coffee for this recipe, add 3-4 cups of brewed coffee to the crockpot.
Making crockpot lattes is great for entertaining, especially if you plan on doing something outdoors and then want something warm to come inside to. You can throw all of the ingredients in your crockpot, set it to low, and it’ll be ready for you once you’re ready to serve.

Kitchen Tools You May Find Helpful
- This is the crockpot that I use the most often – it has a thermoshield which not only prevents little fingers from being burned if the kids touch the outside of the crockpot, but it’s also great for bringing along to potlucks. I also like that I can set the cook time on it, so if we end up taking too long playing outside (or running errands) I don’t have to worry about the food burning.
- Measuring Cups and Spoons
- Wooden Spoon or Spatula <– I like these spatulas because they are one solid piece and don’t have removable heads for bacteria to get trapped underneath. Plus they are heat-resistant and have a lifetime warranty
