It’s been a couple of years since I’ve shared a Crockpot Latte recipe on the blog, so I figured I should revisit a seasonal favourite with this super simple Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Latte.

A quick and easy recipe for crockpot pumpkin spice lattes - the perfect way to make PSLs for a crowd! These Pumpkin Spice Lattes are made with no artificial flavors - just real pumpkin and spices!

Crockpot Pumpkin Spice Lattes Recipe

The big difference between my Crockpot PSL recipe and many other PSLs out there is that mine is made with real pumpkin.

I’m sure there are pumpkin syrups or pumpkin flavour extracts out there that taste like real pumpkin, but I always think: why not add the real thing?!

Personally, I think the pumpkin contributes to the creamy texture of this homemade pumpkin spice latte, and gives it that authentic depth of flavour.

I also use espresso powder to make the lattes, rather than regular brewed coffee, but you can go with your personal preference on that one. Just substitute brewed coffee cup for cup for the boiling water.

Making crockpot lattes is great for entertaining, especially if you plan on doing something outdoors and then want something warm to come inside to. You can throw all of the ingredients in your crockpot, set it to low, and it’ll be ready for you once you’re ready to serve.

Kitchen Tools You May Find Helpful

  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Crockpot
  • Water kettle
  • Spoon or spatula <– I like these spatulas because they are one solid piece and don’t have removable heads for bacteria to get trapped underneath. Plus they are heat-resistant and have a lifetime warranty.

This is the crockpot that I use the most often – it has a thermoshield which not only prevents little fingers from being burned if the kids touch the outside of the crockpot, but it’s also great for bringing along to potlucks. I also like that I can set the cook time on it, so if we end up taking too long playing outside (or running errands) I don’t have to worry about the food burning.

How to Make PSLs in the Crockpot

Boil a kettle of water as you assemble your ingredients.

Place the espresso powder in the crockpot and pour 5 cups boiling water overtop.

Stir in the pumpkin puree, creamer, and spices.

Place on high heat for 45 minutes to combine, and then serve with caution (will be extremely hot).

Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon as desired.
