Deveilled Eggs are a staple appetizer, but this recipe has a bit of fun with the classic by adding a White Chocolate Honey Mustard into the mix for a sweet and savory Devilled Egg recipe that is just a little bit out of the ordinary!

Honey Mustard Devilled Eggs Recipe

Devilled eggs are one of those classic appetizer recipes that are perfect for just about any occasion.

From baby showers to tailgating, Easter supper to summer BBQs and fall tailgates, a tray full of devilled eggs are never out of place – and always well-received!

While I have my go-to classic devilled egg recipe, I thought it would be fun to make something a bit unexpected with Pod & Bean White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard. It adds a sweet-fruitiness to the eggs without crossing over into dessert territory.

Of course, if you don’t have access to their brand, any fun and funky honey mustard would be a great addition to this recipe. I always find fun options at country stores, Marshall’s, or even specialty cooking stores. This raspberry honey mustard on Amazon would also be delicious.

Ingredients for Honey Mustard Devilled Eggs

  • 1 dozen large eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Pod & Bean™ White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard
  • ½ tsp. Pod & Bean™ Caribbean Seasoning Blend
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. chives, finely diced

Tip: The fresher the eggs, the more difficult they are to peel. For ease of peeling, buy and refrigerate eggs a week prior to use.

  • Stockpot
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Cutting board
  • Piping bag or zip-top bag
  • Sharp kitchen knife

How to Make Honey Mustard Devilled Eggs

Cut eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks.

Mash yolks and stir in mayonnaise, Pod & Bean™ White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard, Pod & Bean™ Caribbean Seasoning Blend, and salt, if needed. 

Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg halves. Top with chives.

Add 2 tsp. Pod & Bean™ Green Chili Hot Sauce to add a little kick.

White Chocolate Honey Mustard Devilled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen large eggs, hard-cooked and peeled

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, and carefully remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks and stir in mayonnaise, Pod & Bean™ White Chocolate Raspberry Honey Mustard, Pod & Bean™ Caribbean Seasoning Blend, and salt, if needed. 
  3. Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg halves. Top with chives.
  4. Add 2 tsp. Pod & Bean™ Green Chili Hot Sauce to add a little kick.
