A cute layered Jello parfait recipe, this St Patrick’s Day Jell-O Parfait is a fun no bake dessert for kids to help make!

Layered Jello Parfait Recipe

This fun St Patrick’s Day parfait is a classic. I think we’ve made some version of it for almost every holiday and Ella still thinks it’s the coolest thing ever.

Swap out the green-on-green for just about any color combination. Red Jell-O with strawberry pudding for Valentine’s day, orange Jell-O with chocolate pudding for Halloween, red Jell-O with pistachio pudding for Christmas – or use the colors for any party theme, a sport’s team, etc, for this super customizable dessert.

This layered jello parfait recipe makes a cute party dessert or a classic classroom treat – just make sure you swap out the pistachio pudding for some vanilla pudding with green dye if you decide to send this in to the school.

I thought the pistachio and lime would be an odd combination but it worked – the kids all loved it and so did I. If you’re not sure, the vanilla and lime combine to taste somewhat like a creamy key lime pudding/pie, so it’s a safe swap.

You can make this recipe a few days in advance but try to avoid adding the whipped cream and sprinkles until the last minute.

  • 1 box pistachio pudding (or vanilla pudding with green dye)
  • 3 cups milk
  • Whipped cream, as needed
