A great low carb dip recipe that is just as delicious for brunch as it is for supper – this Smoked Salmon Dip recipe is easy and doubles as a delicious spread.
Smoked Salmon Dip Recipe
Smoked salmon is a staple in my house. It’s perfect for breakfast, lunch and supper, or just a quick protein-packed snack when I find myself feeling peckish.
Since we eat it so often, I find myself looking for fun new ways to serve it so we don’t get bored of it – and this Smoked Salmon Dip was a recent invention!
Just four ingredients (plus seasoning) and you’re in business! Use this to dip veggies or crackers, or use it as a spread on bruschetta or bagels.
It’s also a great option for serving at get-togethers if you have some friends doing the whole low-carb thing (or if you’re doing low carb yourself)! I’m a big believer that in order for a new diet or lifestyle to work, that it can’t feel like a sacrifice and you have to be able to enjoy yourself. This smoked salmon dip compromises nothing!
If serving to low carb friends, be sure to serve with low carb dipp-ables: cucumbers, avocados, broccoli, green peppers, cauliflower, celery, etc.
