Starbucks Midnight Mint Mocha FAQs

Can I use instant coffee instead of brewed coffee? Yes, dissolve 2 teaspoons of instant coffee in 1 cup of hot water for a strong flavor base.

What kind of peppermint syrup should I use? Use any commercial coffee syrup, like Torani or Monin. Homemade syrup works too — just simmer equal parts sugar and water with a few drops of peppermint extract.

Can I make this dairy-free? Absolutely, oat milk or almond milk blend smoothly and still create a creamy texture.
