Kids’ Kitchen: 3-Ingredient Blondies
Our 3-ingredient brownies recipe was such a hit with the kids, but I just can’t leave well enough alone so I had to come up with a fun twist with this 3-ingredient Blondies Recipe!
If you’ve never heard of a blondie, it’s basically a brownie-style cookie square. There are so many fun variations – more so than with a traditional brownie. While I tried to keep this as a 3-ingredient recipe, you can really have a lot of fun with the mix-ins, adding cheesecake swirls, butterscotch or toffee layers, or nuts.
I went with a graham-cracker base and love the richness and contrast with the silky white chocolate chips, but if you have access to another fine cookie crumb let me know how it turns out!
This is a super easy recipe to whip together for a quick dessert or have the kids help make as a kids’ kitchen recipe.
Simply mix 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1 cup sweetened condensed milk together and stir in your favourite mix-in. Bake at 350F for 8-12 minutes.
