Easter Breakfast Ideas
I love surprising my daughter with thoughtful, special things throughout the week.
It doesn’t take a lot of effort, but it makes her light up to see that someone has put the effort in to do something special for her. (It’s all about speaking their love languages.)
For this recipe round-up, I wanted to find ideas that busy parents (or grandparents) could put together quickly and without special ingredients or equipment. There are a lot of super cute ideas out there, but let’s be realistic – not all of us want to spend Easter morning perfectly cutting out tiny pieces of fruit and egg to create food art.
Many of these ideas are also easy enough that the kids can help make them – which is a wonderful way to spend an Easter morning together, if you ask me!
These ideas don’t actually have to be served on Easter morning. I actually love serving Easter-themed lunches and breakfasts to my daycare kids and Ella during the weeks leading up to Easter. It builds on the excitement and makes the season even more magical.
Some of these ideas would also be great for an Easter party, or serving for an easy supper in the week leading up to Easter. (Who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner?!)
