2-Ingredient Nutella Brownies
A delicious homemade Nutella dessert recipe your whole family will love, these 2-Ingredient Nutella Brownies are a super simple recipe with a rich, fudgy texture and amazing chocolate hazelnut flavor.
2-Ingredient Nutella Brownies Recipe
A few years ago, I shared a 3-ingredient brownie recipe using chocolate graham crumbs, butter and chocolate chips. While they were delicious and super easy, they lacked the fudgy, crackly brownie texture that I look for in a classic brownie recipe.
This 2-ingredient Nutella brownie is definitely an improvement on that original concept. Rich, fudgy brownies with a crackly brownie exterior and chewy interior, and of course, that classic chocolate hazelnut flavor of Nutella.
I’ve experimented with this recipe a bit, adding in fun mix-ins and trying cups versus a pyrex baking dish, etc.
I found that baking them in a pyrex dish was harder to release the brownies in one piece, and when I used paper baking liners they stuck to the brownies so badly that when we tried to remove them, not only did the paper rip but the paper ripped the brownies!
I definitely think individual servings are the way to go with these brownies, and I highly recommend using the silicone baking cups. I’ve used the same set of silicone baking cups for 6 years now and they are still going strong! They are easy to clean (just invert them and wash with a sponge or stick in the dishwasher) and perfect for baking things that would typically stick to a paper wrapper, like these brownies or breakfast egg cups.
