This is a guest post written by my friend, Shelby from Fit as a Mama Bear.
Avocados are full of healthy fats, antioxidants and vitamin c. This means that not only are they amazing to eat but they’re also great to use on your skin! Avocados, when blended, also make a creamy texture making and ideal mask.
On top of the avocados, oatmeal and olive oil are great at soothing inflammation and leaving the skin feeling silky.
Thus, this five minute avocado mask will leave your skin pampered and soft.
