Bailey’s Dessert Cocktail
A decadent dessert cocktail, this Chocolate Bailey’s Cocktail is a creamy and delicious treat when you want to have your dessert and drink it, too!
I first shared this Bailey’s Chocolate Martini on my friend’s blog, Amanda’s Cookin’.
I can’t make something with Bailey’s without thinking of my childhood dog, Bailey – it’s actually the most common male dog name – but our Bailey was named so because of his beautiful cream colored fur speckled with patches of gray. He was actually part wolf and we found him being fattened up for someone’s supper when we lived in Beijing.
My dad traded his owner a case of Canadian beer for our new pet and my parents gave him a name inspired by a distinctly more delicious drink. Though he looked scrappy and wild, he was the tamest and best dog I’ve ever had.
But enough of my nostalgia, let’s get to the drink!
I often order my liquor from Drizly because they have a quick delivery time (sometimes within 40 minutes) and no expensive mark-ups. Purchasing from them supports local retailers, too. They have a great variety of Irish Cream Whiskeys to choose from.
