3-Ingredient Nutella Cookies are an incredibly simple yet indulgent treat. In minutes, you can whip up a batch of rich, chocolatey cookies that taste like they took hours to make.

Easy Nutella Cookies Recipe
The flavor of these Nutella cookies is rich and intense, thanks to the Nutella.
Each bite brings that familiar, comforting Nutella taste that so many of us love, amplified in cookie form. Because of the minimal ingredients, the Nutella shines through as the star, giving the cookies a decadent, creamy chocolate flavor.
The cookie itself has a texture similar to shortbread: crisp around the edges but soft and slightly chewy in the middle. This balance makes them an indulgent yet surprisingly light treat, which is ideal if you’re looking for a sweet snack without too much fuss.
Not only are these cookies simple to make, but they’re also ready in just about 10 minutes. This speedy recipe is perfect for last-minute gatherings, family nights, or whenever the sweet tooth strikes unexpectedly. The minimal ingredients mean there’s no need to worry about fancy preparation or advanced baking skills.
Just mix, shape, and bake, and you’ll have a batch of warm, fresh cookies to enjoy almost instantly.

Nutella Cookie FAQs
Can I use a store brand hazelnut spread in place of the Nutella? Different brands can vary greatly in terms of their oil content, texture and taste, so while they may work, using a different brand may require you to adjust the amounts of the different ingredients, so for best results, use name-brand Nutella to make this recipe as written.
How to store Nutella cookies: Allow the cookies to cool completely before storing in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days, or store in the fridge for up to a week. (I like reheating them in the microwave if I store them in the fridge.)
How to freeze Nutella cookies: Wrap the cookies in foil or plastic wrap before storing in a ziptop freezer bag or a freezer container. Nutella cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months without a flavor or texture change.

Tip: have some cooking oil on hand in case your dough is dry – the texture of the Nutella can be different towards the top or bottom of the jar, and depending on how old your Nutella is. Hazelnut oil would be ideal.
