I honestly can’t think of a better use of a block of neapolitan ice cream than making this quick and easy Neapolitan Milkshake recipe, ready in less than 5 minutes!

How to make a Decadent Neapolitan Milkshake with Neapolitan Ice Cream. This recipe looks fancy but takes less than 10 minutes to whip up, including that pretty chocolate and rainbow sprinkle garnished rim.

Neapolitan Milkshake Recipe

Today’s Neapolitan Ice Cream has it all – layers of sippable chocolate, vanilla and strawberry milkshake garnished with a whipped cream topping and maraschino cherry, along with a super simple yet elegant chocolate and sprinkle rim.

It takes less than 5 minutes to whip up these milkshakes, including a quick chocolate and sprinkle dip for the glasses, and the result is a fun blend of the best milkshake flavors.

Just when you’ve been satisfied by the strawberry shake, the vanilla shake hits your tastebuds to cleanse the palate, then the chocolate shake comes to finish things off with a delicious taste sensation.

This recipe makes enough for two milkshakes, perfect for a romantic night in or just a special treat for the kids (maybe split more ways than two).

As always, before you make any milkshake – make sure you have plenty of yard work for those pesky boys that always show up.

Can this milkshake recipe be prepared in advance? While the chocolate-covered strawberries and chocolate-rimmed glasses can be prepared a day in advance, you won’t save any time by preparing the milkshake layers in advance.

If you make the milkshakes in advance, the milk will expand and the mixture will form into a large ice block that will need to be thawed to blended before enjoying – so I recommend making those shortly before you plan on enjoying these milkshakes.
