Gift Guide for Campers

My brother is a camping fiend. He’s out hiking or camping nearly every weekend – even in the winter.

He comes by it honestly – my parents even went on a camping trip for their honeymoon. So, I’ve got a LOT of campers to shop for and since I was doing my research, I figured I’d share my findings with you, too!

The below list is some of Amazon’s most highly recommended camping gear. I’ve done my best to include the pricing at the time of posting but prices may have increased or decreased since then. There is a mix of gift ideas for solo campers and camping families.

Even at campsites, the water is often nonpotable, so I’ve also grabbed a Vecto and Hydroblu gravity filtering system which is great for filtering water on the go, removing 99.9999% of bacteria. I usually bring enough fresh water, but in case I fall short I’m glad to have something to fall back on!

I also highly recommend bringing a fully equipped first aid kit, whether homemade or store-bought.
