I haven’t done any canning in years (though I absolutely love it) which means that I have an embarrassing number of mason jars hanging around, waiting to relive their former glory. In the meantime, I’ve taken to using them as water glasses, for making single-serve baked goods (like our Mason Jar Banana Bread), and meal prepping!

I love having all the pretty glass jars full of salads, soups and other healthy meals staring right back at me when I open the fridge – it’s way more inviting than hiding that healthy food away in tupperware containers (plus I am trying to use glass food containers more often when it comes to liquids).
