Ingredients

• Cream Cheese • Sour Cream • Salt and Pepper • Worcestershire Sauce • Jalapenos • Bacon

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper until cream cheese is well-whipped and soft.

Step 2

Add the Worcestershire sauce, diced Jalapenos, chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese and beat until well-combined.

Step 3

Lay a few wontons out on a cutting board and place a wet paper towel over the remaining wonton wrappers to keep them from drying out.

Step 4

Scoop 1 teaspoon of the jalapeno-cream cheese filling into the center of each wonton wrapped.

Step 5

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and a teaspoon of water.
