Easy Ham, Cheese and Spinach Quiche

 Perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Quiche is one of those versatile meals that is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is the perfect way to use up leftover meats and veggies to make a scrumptious meal.

Ingredients

•  Pie crust •  Butter or oil •  Spinach •  Eggs •  Whole milk

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2

Use a fork to make small pricks all over the pie crust and then bake for 8 minutes.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the butter or oil over medium heat.

Step 4

Once butter is hot, add the spinach and stir occasionally until completely wilted.

Step 5

In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and heavy cream. Beat in the seasoning.

Step 6

Stir in the cooked spinach, cheese and ham.

Step 7

Pour the mixture into your pre-baked pie shell and place on a cookie sheet to prevent oven spills.

Step 8

Place quiche in the oven and continue baking for 25-35 minutes, until eggs are completely cooked through.
