I added WAY too much and completely ruined the texture of the shells; the batter was the right consistency but unable to form shells after one hour. The humidity was low and I had made a batch of macarons an hour before. When someone writes a recipe- please follow it 😂

I also used a very wet jam but will try it with strawberry powder, maybe if you feel strongly that you shouldn’t put jam in it, put the powder instead in the ingredients list.
