Hi! I love this recipe so much!! I have a 4 hour road trip coming up, and I’d like to bring this dish but I’d like to do some prep work. Do you think it would be better to assemble it all, put in an ice chest, and then cook on arrival, or premake the cheese sauce, and keep it separate from the pasta and assemble it all on arrival? Man, your warning about overcooking the pasta is spot on; mushy noodles are a tragedy!
