My youngest was nervous at first too, but once we were up, she was fascinated by the view and kept pointing out buildings. I’d definitely leave some flexibility in the schedule because weather can change plans quickly. I also keep booking details saved on my phone, once I needed the viator phone number while sorting out a tour reservation.
