Hi Mary,
That sounds so wonderful! I know she’s going to love it.
For our fish scale wall, I just used tissue paper and scotch tape to attach it to the siding on the house. However, you could use plastic table cloths or attach tissue paper scales to a tablecloth and tape that up instead.

Hi, I lOVED the Mermaid Party you had for your little girl. Everything was beautiful! I am planning on having one for my grandniece, who also loves mermaids, and plan on using some of your lovely ideas. Thanks for sharing. I have a question regarding the “scales” backdrop. What materials did you use to make the circles with and what did you do to glue them together?
