In reply to Alicia. Oh yes! I try to go out in the late afternoon after the sun has subdued a bit and there's a bit of shade on our street, but early morning is nice and crisp, too.

In reply to Stacey.

The winter completely throws off my routine, too. I’m hoping to put some accountability systems in place for next season, but I think sometimes that’s why Spring is so wonderful – we go back to living a lifestyle we love.

I like to take our boys on a walk in the mornings before they start their schoolwork, though I get a bit lazy in the cooler months. But now the weather is warming up a it, we will have to start putting it back into our daily routine.

I love the idea of a daily walk! I enjoy morning walks when the air is nice and cool and before many bugs come out. 🙂

Gosh … this makes me miss summer. I know summer isn’t technically over yet, but you’re in Canada too … what’s up with this September weather? I had to have the heat on for at least a couple of nights already! Canada eh? 😉
