Last summer, Ella and our daycare kids had our first annual Teddy Bear Picnic and it’s definitely a tradition we’re going to keep going year after year.

To keep things fresh, I searched around for some more Teddy Bear Picnic Inspiration and thought I’d share the adorable ideas I found with you!
20 Adorable Ideas for planning your own teddy bear picnic, a fun annual tradition that kids will love. The perfect excuse for a summertime picnic

In the days leading up to the Teddy Bear Picnic, be sure to read the classic book by Jimmy Kennedy, or even better sing the song with the kids.

Involve them with as much of the party prep as possible and have them bring their teddy bears on the actual day.

Technically, “Teddy Bear Picnic Day” is July 1oth, but a teddy bear picnic is a sweet idea any time and it also makes a great low-key birthday party for toddlers and preschoolers.

A note on how the links are organized below: while I usually like to organize these ideas by picture, I thought since it’s a party I should organize it by the type of idea (food, decor, activity) but I did note in parentheses which pictures are featured.

(And if you’ve ever wondered why I don’t use single images in my round-ups as many bloggers do, it’s actually a copyright violation and very frowned upon in the blogging community, so I prefer to use composites for easy pinning and to keep everyone happy.)
