Okay, so I may be going a bit crazy with the Slow Cooker Lattes this year, but that’s only because they are the perfect way to prepare delicious gourmet-style coffees for a crowd.

After the Slow Cooker Eggnog Lattes were such a hit, I had to play around with these Slow Cooker Gingerbread Lattes and they are perfection.

These slow cooker gingerbread lattes are the perfect option for entertaining a group during the holidays - creamy, perfectly spiced strong coffee with minimal effort

These espresso-based lattes are prepared in a slow cooker in less than an hour, making them the perfect set-and-forget option for entertaining.

If you have a couple friends coming over, you can simply throw all of the ingredients into your slow cooker, set it to high for 45 minutes, and continue getting ready. When your friends arrive, you will have perfectly spiced, creamy, hot gingerbread lattes ready for garnishing and serving.

It’s a lot more hostess-friendly than preparing individual lattes with an espresso machine or Keurig-style machine, since everyone can be served at once by quickly ladling out the drinks and garnishing with a bit of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon – and to mention budget-friendly, too!

These slow cooker gingerbread lattes would also be perfect for a special morning, where you’re going to lounging around the house for a bit and could go for an indulgent flavored coffee. (Christmas morning caffeine buzz, anyone?)
