I love finding fresh new ways to serve sustainably-sourced seafood to my family. It is a nutrient-dense food group with delicious possibilities and endless ways to enjoy.
Even if you’ve previously not enjoyed fish, you may still find a delicious dish with a different type of seafood. Not everyone likes oily fishes (the type associated with a fishy smell or taste), but maybe you’d like something that tastes salty (“of the sea”), or enjoy the sweetness of shrimp, or the versatility of a white fish or smoked salmon.
