Healthy Meal Plan 9
Some weeks are more busy than others. I love easy healthy recipes, but sometimes planning ahead really pays off. Making muffins the night before is a big time saver and overnight oats can be made in bulk for several mornings!
Don’t hesitate to switch out any recipes that don’t fit your tastes. The grocery list and meal plan printables at the bottom are for your convenience, but it may work for your to update those printable with other ingredients for snacks or kid preferences.
Monday Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Cheese, Vegetable, and Egg Muffins from Averie Cooks
- Lunch: Homemade Chicken Soup
- Supper: Kid-Made Homemade Pizza
Tuesday Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Blueberry Muffins
- Lunch: Healthy Taco Salad
- Supper: Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie
Wednesday Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
- Lunch: Honey Lime Quinoa Fruit Salad
- Supper: Paprika Chicken Skillet Recipe
Thursday Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Kids’ Kitchen: Green Egg with Toasted Bagel
- Lunch: Mermaid Lunch for Kids
- Supper: Maple-Glazed Salmon with Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli from The Seasoned Mom
- Snacks: strawberries, bananas, yogurt, crudites with spinach dip
Friday Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Croissant Bread Pudding
- Lunch: Winter Spa Salad with Lemon Chicken from Pinch of Yum
- Supper: Healthy Pasta Sauce with Gluten Free Pasta
Saturday Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Sunshine Bowl
- Lunch: Lunch out or deli counter, if grocery shopping today
- Supper: Healthy Chicken Piccata Recipe
Sunday Meal Plan
- Breakfast: Mini Frittatas in a Jar with Asparagus and Pancetta from Home Cooking Memories
