Putting together this week’s 7-day Healthy Meal Plan, I was a bit stumped for breakfast ideas and put together this collection of 80 Easy Healthy Recipes for Breakfast.
If I ever include breakfasts in my meal plans that don’t appeal to you, I definitely encourage you to check out that post — it has everything from Make-ahead Breakfasts to Smoothies!
Now, onto this week’s Meal Plan!
Monday Meal Plan:
- Breakfast Casserole
- Smorgasbord lunch
- Caprese Spaghetti
Tuesday Meal Plan:
- Leftover Breakfast Casserole
- Blueberry Protein Pancakes topped with blueberries and bananas for the kids
- Soup & Apple Red Pepper Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Wednesday Meal Plan:
- Grilled Avocado with Fresh Mango Salsa, or cooked with an egg inside
- Mini Pizzas and fruit
- Crockpot Creamy Cajun Pork Chops with steamed veggies
Thursday Meal Plan:
- Omelet in a Mug
- Leftover crockpot pork chops and veggies
- Buddha Bowl (green salad with quinoa and a poached egg)
Friday Meal Plan:
- Grilled Avocado with Fresh Mango Salsa, or cooked with an egg inside
- Tortellini with Steamed Veggies, Cottage Cheese and Peaches
- Prosciutto Parmesan Chicken
Saturday Meal Plan:
- Eggy Crumpets and Kale
- Leftover chicken & rice with veg and fruit
- Red Curry Salmon
Sunday Meal Plan:
- Special Breakfast Out
- Buddha Bowl
- Apple Cider Pork Roast and veggies

Meal planning is an excellent idea! Keeps you on track for the week and prevents you from eating fast food or unhealthy meals that you have to throw together. Excellent meals and meal ideas!
I need a few health meal plans. I love meaning planning just fail at doing it. This would be perfect for our family.

Yum! I love these ideas! I especially love the pasta dishes! Those are my weaknesses! I really like menu planning its helps a lot with my budget!

During the school year (which is just about to start) I really like having a thought out meal plan prepared for the week. It makes mealtimes go much smoother if I have a plan at the beginning of the week!
It’s smart to plan ahead. Makes healthier cooking so much easier to stick to, doesn’t it? 🙂
It’s nice to plan your meals so you can spread out the nutrients and calories. This is a good meal plan too.
